NWR: A good fish other than salmon??

Trying to cook some sort of fish tonight, but ALWAYS do salmon......Help! FH is getting bored!

I love tilapia..you can bake it or steam it...i usually season it with lemon juice garlic and a mix of italian spices..it is delish and healthy

I second talapia...Just a little bit of lemon, garlic and a bit of olive oil, throw it in the oven and it comes out great!!

try scallops. A pound can feed 2 people. Put a few in a pan at a time and brown the sides, once you flip them over, but 2 more in, etc. etc. Cook in a butter garlic parsley sauce. very very yummy!

Aparagus or string beans make a nice healthy side!

I was totally going to say Tilapia b4 I saw everyone elses posts!
Its so good b/c it tastes like whatever you cook it in. Not fishy at all

Any filet will work. Just stuff it with crabmeat. Yum... so good! I also love crab cakes. Having them for lunch today! And tuna is my favorite!

I also do shrimp a lot - it's the only seafood FH will eat.
