NWR: A lot of people have real estate careers!

I keep reading posts about people who are mortgage brokers, do title insurance, etc. I actually have a clue what you guys do now haha.

I'm in law school but I'm taking Real Estate Transactions this semester and I'm going to take my final tomorrow AM. Half of our course is on Conveyancing and the other half on Mortgage Law/Finance. It's actually pretty interesting, but I won't be sad to be done with the class tomorrow.

My class is being taught by a visiting prof who actually wrote our textbook. A story made the news a few months ago when a psycho law student went crazy and shot the casebook with an assault rifle or something. I'll see if I can find the article....

Crazy law student shoots the textbook I'm using... and they interview my prof! LOL

hahahhaah you sound like you're getting a little delirious!!! good luck with the exam!!!!!

i do not miss exams, but i do miss this one month vacation you're about to have!!!!!!!!!!

I loved that class. Now go study

Hey, I'm in RE as well, on the finance (debt investing) side. Our counsel are our best friends.

Good luck on your exam!
