NWR_ Acai berry?
Anyone ever used this as a weight loss method? If so did it work? and what does it do? Just saw something from that DR Oz guy that supposedly gets rave reviews but I dont get what it does. TIA

I'm pretty sure you can get the same benefits from drinking cranberry juice. Not that either is a magical substance at all, just say since cranberry juice is cheaper and more readily available.

i actually just started taking them last month, and i'm about to finish my 'free sample' bottle....i have seen no difference at all so far...supposedly they say you should have more energy and feel less tired and i should have seen weight loss results by now.....however i'm not lookin to loose that much weight... though i thought i would have seen a slight difference....unfortunately as of yet i don't have anything positive to say about them

Re: NWR_ Acai berry?
honestly - i've heard it's amazing for health purposes, so if that's what u want it for it's great... but if u're using it for weightloss - its very slow & not gauranteed..and u will usually put the weight back on after u stop..it's not made for weightloss, it's made for all the benefits of the anti-oxidents it delivers...eat right, drink lots or water, and do some cardio! u will lose weight in no time
Now if u do all this AND add the acai berry to ur diet - i'm sure then it will be very beneficial

be VERY careful when ur free sample is done! make SURE u call & cancel & write down any confirmation numers! i have so many friends that did this with acai berry companies and got totally scammed with automatic charges in the weeks to follow!

Re: NWR_ Acai berry?
well I just actually spoke to someone who saw the Dr. OZ article... (the oprah guy) and they said when used in conjunction with a colon cleanser is when you see super weigh-loss results... BUT i am not going there! lol I think I am going to try it though just for the antioxidant benefits alone that I have read. My immune system is in the dumps as it is so maybe it will help.
