Has anyone tried this before? It is supposed to be a two week thing where it regulates your digestive system and reduce bloat. This is day two for me and I ate it at 7:30 this morning and my stomach is rumbling with hunger! I always eat yogurt in the morning at the same time and I usually good til like 12-1 pm. What's the deal???

I've tried it. I have huge digestive problems, but I have to say that Activa worked for me. After only 2 days!!!

me too. stress always wreaks havoc with my digestion and i'm really having problems also.
do you get this stuff in any grocery store?

I decided to try it to keep things 'flowing' Lol. And I do believe it will work, I was just wondering if anyone had the experience with feeling like your stomach is totally empty. I do like it though! Glad to hear that it worked for you!

It is sold in grocery stores! You can find it by all of the other yogurt
