I just got a call from my broker and he said our rate is 5.375 for a 60 day lock in. We're closing on our condo some time in feb. Should I lock? I'm thinking it will go down alittle more. I'm such a gambler.

I just spoke with my bond guy at work. All he does is follow interest rates and hes telling me not to lock and I spoke with another broker and she said the same.
I was at 5.62 on Jan 18th and now it's the 23rd and I'm at 5.375%. I think I'm going to sit and watch The 10yr treasury note today.
i heard its going to go lower! its a great time to buy - i wish we could do it now!
I am!! You can get 5.25% today. Just fyi.
