NWR: Anyone an E-bay expert here?

I dont use eBay that much, I accidentally placed a big on an item that I had already won in another auction..The bid turned out to be the winning bid and now the auction ended..

is there any way to 'unbid' on the other item? Or am I stuck w/ 2 copies of the same product?
Help!

If you dont pay for the second item, the seller will prob leave you negative feedback.

You'd have to speak with the seller of the item you accidently bid on....

Sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyers anymore.

You can request that the seller cancel the transaction. No harm to your account. You should have a list of options (next to item bought) in a drop down menu under 'items won.' Look for something there that will allow you to dispute the transaction. Ebay is verrrrrrrrrrrry buyer centered now and you should be fine.

thanks - I emailed seller..if he/she doesnt want to cancel, I'll just take the hit.

I can always post it for sale on Craigslist later on..
