I have one tonight of my foot and I do not like tight spaces. Anyone know if I will go all the way in?
I have had several; depends on the equipment that the place you are going to has. I am claustophobic and I keep my eyes closed and concentrate on the music. Try to think about anything else! Good luck and don't worry!!
I had one of my hand and they put me in about up to my hips (my hand was above my head). I hate tight spaces too, but they gave you headphones with music so i just closed by eyes and concentrated on my breathings lol
Thanks everyone. I am not looking forward to it; plus it is at 9:30 at night. I didn't even know they stay open that late.
depends on what machine they use, i've been in a few different ones, ones where you lay down and its like a tunnel and ones where its more open. They also have stand up ones as well. Most likely your foot will be the only part in it and you'll be on the table which is open. I tend to get a headache though from the noise from the machine though. You'll be fine so don't stress. Just make sure to take off all jewelry or leave it home.

Good luck! I had one on my breasts and it wasn't that bad. The worst part was staying still for so long. Thu played music for me and stuff too. But I just thought about other things to help me relax.
nope-- should just go in up to your thigh maybe..its loud so opt for the ear plugs or music
UPDATE: My head was out of the machine. It was too bad but if I were to go all the way in I might have flipped out.
