NWR: Anyone good at Resumes?

I got a call from a recruiter about a legal secretary position...I'm a paralegal, but at this point I'll take anything.

he wants me to amend my reume to add some secretarial duties so he can submit me for the job..

I need good ways to say that I answered phones, am good at letter writing (correspondence), sorted and reviewed mail, etc.

Anyone?? The rest of my resume is great..but I just don't know how to word this.

Maybe:

-Effectively handled communications for office
-Compiled, sorted, and reviewed correspondence
