Re: NWR: Anyone have a dream book?
I couldn't find broken knee - but this is what it means to dream about your knees.
Knee
To dream of your knees, symbolizes a level of support your may be receiving. It also indicates that you are feeling very emotional. Feelings of inadequacy and issues of power/control also come into play. You may have more than you can handle.

I have a dream book as well....Falling......'To dream that you sustain a fall, and are much frightened, denotes that you will undergo a great struggle, but will eventually rise to honor and wealth....if you are injured in the fall you will encounter hardships and loss of friends. This was taken from the Dictionary of Dreams by Gustavus Miller. It doesn't really say any thing about actually falling...Hope this helped!

As far as knees I found a dream about knees is an unfortunate omen. Pained knees means a swift and fearful calamity awaits you. Don't know how accurate this book is because this is the first time I'm really looking up dreams....different than the answer above....
