Long story short, my car kept overheating before I became ill a few months ago. I am hoping to be cleared to be able to drive soon and I need the car in top shape. Does anyone know any Reliable, Honest Mechanics that are out here in Suffolk????????
TIA!

I always go to Middle Island Tire. I have found them to always be fair with me.

When I'm in NY, I've always gone to a mechanic in Farmingdale, which is on the Nassau/Suffolk border because the company my mom works for always uses this guy for all of their trucks and vans. He's very, very good but a little more expensive (unfortunately for me)! Let me know if you want his info and I'll ask my mom :).

my mom has been going to this same guy forever, hes a close close friend of someone in our family...
he will straight up tell my mom if she brings her car in for brakes or something, 'i checked it out, nothings wrong!! get it outta here!!' lol
hes totally honest and won't screw someone my mom sends to him
ill get his number, his name is Dave and its in Ronkonkoma

HI Melissa,
Mike is a mechanic... you can call him anytime. He works at Pete B Automotive in MIddle Island but this is his last week b/c he's going into the sc police academy for corretions on Monday 1/25. give him a call (the #'s on the fd list)
