I just adopted a 7 week old kitten and need to bring him in to see a Vet for his shots and for a check up. Anyone use and recommend a Vet around the Mineola area that is good? I know that Mineola Animal Hospital is near me but I’ve heard very bad things about them. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

My kitty goes to East Bay Vet in Merrick (bellmore border). THat might be to far for you, but we love them!

Catnip and Carrots is the best vet for cats and rabbits. BUT i dont use them b/c they are very expensive. We take all our cats, rabbits, and dogs to Westbury Animal Hospital. It's right across the street from the Westbury train station. They are great there.

i take my cat to Wantagh Animal Hospital on Wantagh Ave. and Ive taken her there since she was 7 weeks also >'0'<

A little far, but Crawford in Lynbrook. They've been good to my family though the years with my dog

i'm afraid to bring my dogs back to mineola animal center lol everyone hears or goes through bad things with them.
my cat actually just had problems lastnight, so we're bringing her to a vet in Roslyn. its on mineola avenue. it's supposed to be really good. my fh's friend who works there even said bad things about mineola animal center *sighs* so we'll probably be bringing all the animals there, to the Roslyn one.

Terry Animal Hospital in Rockville Centre. My parents take their cat there & my sister takes her dog there...they are just great. They genuinely love animals and will do whatever they can for you. I live too far from them in case of an emergency so I go to Southgate Animal Hospital in Copiague..Dr. Mauro..she's good too. Let us know how it works out..Good Luck!!
