NWR: anyone know this exercise equipment

FH needs help-- he used to have this exercise machine that he threw out and now can't find it anywhere and doesn't now the name of it. He wants it back as he now realizes he loves it. Here is a description of it:

It was an elliptical that turned into an exercise bike. Imagine a reclining exercise bike that when you hopped off, you could flip over the seat and it becomes an elliptical machine.

Any help would be appreciated!
