FH and I are moving out of our apartment - its a 2 bedroom in Westbury (the upstairs of a 2 family house), separate entrance, and very cheap. You can FM me for information - my landlord is an old lady and just looking for a nice couple. She would rather not ask for a lot of money and have someone in there that makes her comfortable.
Its walking distance to the train station 2 bedrooms living room eat in kitchen bathroom with tub (not stall shower) Lots of storage space in the eves

Re: NWR: Anyone looking for an apartment?
No Pets, sorry girls! (that is why I have to move)
I'm paying $950 but I've been there for awhile. I believe they are bumping it up to $1000 or $1050, plus utilities.
It includes central air and water. Utilities on average were about $125 per month, plus cable / internet / phone.
Its really cheap because the landlord just wants a nice single person or couple (def big enough for 2) who she feels comfortable with. Shes an old lady, very sweet. That is why I was trying to help her find someone!

In with Keith's parents for 5 or 6 months to save up a better downpayment. We really really want a full 10%.
