NWR- Anyone take the Express Bus from Queens to Manhattan?

Do any of you take the express bus? Specifically from the Whitestone/Bay Terrace area to 3 Ave? How do you like it?

FH and I are looking for a new apt.. I take the LIRR then subway now since I'm close to the LIRR--- I've always heard good things about the express bus, but don't personally know anyone who takes it who I could ask about it.

I have taken it before on a weekend to get into the city rather then the train because I used to live close to one of the stops in bayside. I liked it, its a nice ride.

It's a nice ride if you have the time, I find that it takes a while to get to your destination
