NWR: ANYONE TRY A CLEANSE LIKE 30 DAY SMART CLEANSE???

Any suggestions.. im told it's awesome for you but not sure which one to do. It's also supposed to kick start weigth loss too???

Just want to take pills though...no yucky drinks!!!

Ive had stomach issues since i was a little girl.  My mom bought me these pills from vitamin shoppe a few years ago.  They were colon cleanse pills.  It is called MAG 07, its magnesium oxygenated pills.  I think it was for only 20 days though, it was 3 pills in the morning and 3 at night.  I did it and it was great and did help out alot.  But depends on why youre taking it, for what i needed it helped.

The pills also can be used for everyday after you do the cleanse but you only take it once a day and i still use them, dont take it everyday but when i feel i need to.  Its magnesium so this is something you can take everyday.Are you doing it to lose weight or for other problems.  I used it to deal with my stomach issues.  If its to lose weight i guess it can help a bit. 

When i started taking the pills it was after i had already lost 35 pounds so didnt need to use it for that and at the same time i was taking them i was working out 5-6x a week(wish i was still working out that much lol) so not sure if the pills help with weight but might

there are other cleansing pills that help with your metabolism so its possible

I personally would stay away from any pills. I've done the Hollywood Diet it taste good, but it is only 2 days. I lost 10lbs in those 2 days, so it is a gr8 way to jump start weight loss. it of course has to be followed up with eating right & excercise otherwise you will put the weight right back on.

If you really want to cleanse you can do it naturally by drinking tons of water. A Natural colon cleanser is good as well, but taste like crap.

It's not really to lose weight. although I wouldn't mind that. I started going 'organic' with foods and stuff and a friend is totally organic..she recommended a cleanse to detoxify the body..she mentioned the 30 smart cleanse...just wondering about it.
I've lost about 15 lbs and now I have plateued and she said it will def kick start you again. But mostly to detox the body.

i agree about being careful with pills...what i did wasnt a crazy diet pill, but magnesium pills which they say you can take and dr oz even said you should take

My girlfriend is a certified colon hygienist. She owns a shop in Westbury that has colon cleanse pills, drinks and she also does colonics. I had a colonic about two months ago and lost 3 lbs from it and really did feel alot better afterwards.

oh no... I like food to much to do that!!! The 30 day smart cleanse is all herbs.. Im trying to really be 'all natural'

I read a book called 'skinny *****' and it shows you how many chemicals and stuff is in our foods...so I've been doing natural foods and stuff since them....

well sounds youre taking the healthy approach to finding a cleanse, so im sure you'll choose one that is good for you and not some crazy weight loss cleansing diet. Good luck

haha..i know. The owner is a very close friend so I trusted her. It wasn't as nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. I watched America's Next Top Model during it.

I did a cleanse but it wasnt really like that. You can do either a 9 day kick start program where you eat meals for 5 days and only liquids for 4 days.( not in that order) and I lost 8lbs in the 9 days. I continued doing shakes in the mornings with salad and healthy dinner and I have lost 13 lbs that I have kept off since May. FM me if you want the info. It really is great my friend lost 45 lbs since she was introduced to it and shes still going strong.

yep, it is a drink for 2 days, no eating. you are also drinking the normal 8 glasses of water per day. & nope, it wont have u running to the bathroom, i did it during a regular work day & drank it @ work with no problems.

someone asked how it tastes, it tastes like a normal fruit drink. if u get it dont 4get 2 dilute it. the 1 bottle makes 2 days of drink, so u pour half out & fill it half with water, & drink the 2nd half with water the 2nd day.

You dont have to buy it online, i purchased it @ walgreens for $20.

yep, it is a drink for 2 days, no eating. you are also drinking the normal 8 glasses of water per day. & nope, it wont have u running to the bathroom, i did it during a regular work day & drank it @ work with no problems.
