Does anyone work for NY State, specifically the courts? Has anyone heard rumors as to when the hiring freeze might end??? Aggghhhhh I hope soon!!!

I don't work for the state but I work for the county n the county is talking about layoffs cuz the state is in so much debt right now, so I'm thinking the state might be on a hiring freeze for a little while now I'm hoping I don't get laid off ! But hopefully I'm wrong!!
