ok- all of a sudden FH is snoring & its driving me CRAZY! Please help, is there something I can do to make him stop? I haven't slept in 3 nights... he can't be the only guy who snores, right??? I just want to

Those Breathe Right Strips really work. My FH uses them, when his snoring gets real bad!!! He has horrible allergies.

there's a breathe right spray that really works. 3 sprays in the back of the throat each night.

My FH snores when he is on his stomach only. Sometimes it has been so bad that I gave him a little nudge and he turned on his side. Hey...a girl needs her sleep.

yeah those work for my DH too... I also have to have something in the room that makes white noise - that way I can't really hear him.

no but he grinds his teeth ALOT!!!!! actually i snore sometimes, i have a deviated septum so thats why lol. And i cant complain bc when i am extremely tired I'll also grind my teeth, not often but still.

I used to roll over and squeeze his nose so that he woke up nearly suffocating.
I realized after some time that this was a really mean thing to do to someone so I have since stopped. Now I just wake him up too!
