NWR: anyone's FH snore?

ok- all of a sudden FH is snoring & its driving me CRAZY! Please help, is there something I can do to make him stop? I haven't slept in 3 nights... he can't be the only guy who snores, right???

funny topic .. we will be together 7 years next month and in the bginning i was not used to that noise .. it was soooo loud !! i did the ear plugs .. the sleeping pills .. the arm over my ear .... sleeping on the couch (which he didn't like at all) once FH saw how bad it was for me to sleep he got tested and turns out he has sleep apnea .. he sleeps with a mask now (looks like snuffalupagus ) but it does wonders .. it truly saved my sleep ...

Yes, my FH snores big time. When we first moved in together there were so many nights that I could not sleep b/c I would wake up from it and then not be able to fall back asleep b/c it would just aggravate me. One of my friends brought me ear plugs and they really helped. FH had a kidney transplant about 2 years ago and has put on about 40 lbs since then b/c he is on Prednisone. Before the transplant FH did not snore. I blame it on the weight gain. His dr.'s have sent him for tests and they diagnosed him with sleep apnea. I can only hope he will lose weight so I can sleep without ear plugs. I feel your pain, trust me.

I used to roll over and squeeze his nose so that he woke up nearly suffocating.

I realized after some time that this was a really mean thing to do to someone so I have since stopped. Now I just wake him up too!

lol- that's so funny about suffocating him.. I sort of do that too. Hey---- it wakes him up & he stops

FH can sound like he is sawing logs some nights. I just kick him and he stops until I fall back asleep then I don't hear it anymore.

hold his nose....he'll flinch....and then you have to fall asleep before he snores again

if that doesn't work a hard budge wakes him up enough to where he doesn't wake up but has to fall back asleep and then i can go to sleep

i know they aren't nice but they are all i know!!!!

hehe FH snores also and i pinch his nose in the middle of the night sometimes to wake him up

Then at one point he STOPPED! I thought something happened to my baby! Then he turned around and started back up!

LAWD He has to tame that before we get married!

LOL - my fh snores - but its cute and not too loud ... i think after a while you get used to it and start sleeping with him snoring ... thats waht i heard at least

Its sad but I think it sooths me when he sleeps over and I sleep with him. But when I'm on the phone and he start snoring it drives me nuts!

Because I'll be like ' Are u falling asleep?!?!?!?!' And he'll say no and then I'll say 'UR SNORING!!!' And he'll say no his nose is bothering him! lmaooo
