FH and I have decided that we are not happy in our current living situation and would like to move. Our lease is up on May 28th and would like to move in between then and June 1st. Our ideal...one bedroom, bath, kitchen, living room, maybe parking space, and allows cats. Prefably between East Islip and West Babylon. If anyone knows of anything please let me know. TIA!

ETA: Actually as long as it isn't Montauk or NYC...we'd be interested!!!!!!!!!!!!

definitely check out craigslist---it can be hit or miss there but its something to start with!

FH & I live in a fairfield complex and love it - newly renovated, clean, lots of windows and closet space - reasonanble rent too Go to their website and you can see floor plans, rents, and where they are located.

not sure if you would have any interest in it, but my mom has her trailer for sale in Islip. She lived there over 10 years, but moved last year after my sister bought her a house. FM if interested. I know it is not too costly to purchase, I can verify, but I think around 40 k. I know she has recently renovated it too. Otherwise check Craigslist and online-pennysaver etc
