believe it or not, we found ours in the Long Island Catholic.... there is not tons posted there, but the ones that are usually way below market value.. the apartments that we looked at from there where usually a floor or basement of a house... which was fine with us... usually the landlords were elderly people just looking for nice people.,,, worth a look.
