The rattle is $250! If that is $250 worth of silver in that rattle I'm scared the baby would knock itself out and have a concussion with it

It's more for display. I don't think the baby plays with it? Maybe they do though!!

I'm going to be a terrible parent. My kids are going to be whacking themselves with silver rattles and bricks.

LOL well FH is scared for when we have children because one of his friends kids came over and pulled a peppermint patty out of the candy dish and ate right through the foil (including the foil) and I didn't realize.

yea I definitely want something personalized. I was thinking a little beaded bracelet with the baby's name on it but I'm not sure if that's stupid or not. The baby is a girl but they haven't chosen a name yet
