NWR: Bad News

I just found out a few hrs ago that an ex-boyfriend passed away. I cant get any details...no clue how it happened. My friend saw someone post about the death on facebook, but no details. I ended up calling the local funeral home just to see if it was true...and it is. I feel so bad. I cut him off as a friend when I started dating FH...because he told me he didnt want to see me happy with someone else. I was one of the few friends he had left after a bad accident. I'm feeling guilty now.

Thanks, girls. Tonight was harder than I expected. Saying goodbye wasnt easy. But I was so glad I went. His family was so appreciative and made a point to let me know how much he always loved me and how much they always liked me. It's been 13 years since I have seen them....so it was awkward...but I was glad I could be there. Thanks for your support!

wow that must have been very hard for you. I hope you feel better after seeing his family. It is really good that you went to the funeral... i hope you can achieve a sense of closure now.
