NWR: ! Bedroom Apt Available for Rent (Howard Beach)

Since we can post non-wedding related stuff, I am putting my 1 bedroom condo in Howard Beach for rent. It was recently renovated, and rent of $1,200 a month includes hot water and heat (tenant only has to pay electric).

It is in the Lindenwood section of Howard Beach, right down the street from the Waldbaums Shopping Center. The building is a 6 story elevator building and has laundry facilities on the main floor and a fitness room.

FM me for details!
