NWR: Big work foul

Yes this is my 2nd NWR post of the day, but I'm freaking out and no one is in the dorm right now!!

So we had this issue at work a few months ago and I had to work with this other base back in Colorado to fix it. Everytime we would talk these people acted as if we didn't know how to do our job, kept asking us the same questions over and over and said we gave them different answers every time (we didn't, they just never understood us).

Anyway, today I recieve an email from the guy in Colorado telling us that these other people who are more important then him have all these questions that I didn't answer (which i did). So i answered their questions, and CC'd my boss on the response. I then forwarded the original email to my boss so he had the document in question and I said:

'We have had two months of email traffic with them over this, I don't understand how they keep asking the same things over and over and still not
getting the picture? Also, I could have easily written out a better and more detailed explanation for them with the correct information minus the
overabundance of spelling and grammatical errors. '

He then sends MY email to them saying we answered their questions and if they have anymore they can contact him. Well now those people are going to see my nasty email about them and completely cut off ties. Yes I know email follows you everywhere, and I certainly learned my lesson right now, but OMG I feel like trash, I didn't think my boss would send it out, he said he didn't even read it before he sent it!! He tried to recall the message but I don't know if it'll work and I feel so bad about it right now. AARGGHH

Thats so happened to me! At least it was your boss's fault. Maybe those people will just feel stupid that they're unorganized and dont read what theyre sent
