Billy Joel will make 'The Last Play at Shea' in a final concert at Shea Stadium on July 16.

Who's going?? I heard they go on sale soon...

I hope not. I think it's like the last concert being played at Shea bc they're knocking it down after the end of the season.

Shea will close after the Mets' 2008 season; the team moves to the new Citi Field in 2009. The Flushing, N.Y. stadium has been used as a concert venue only occasionally -- most famously, when the Beatles played there in 1965 and 1966. Other Shea headliners have included Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, the Who, the Rolling Stones, Elton John and the Police. Joel has never played there.

Tickets go on sale Feb. 16, through Ticketmaster. Call (201) 507-8900 or visit ticketmaster.com.

I heard they start under 100 bucks and if it sells out they will add another show.

Unfortunately they prob. will sell b/c its a big concert.
Try ebay after they go on sale.
