I have been on BC for 4 years. I have never had a problem with it before and that time of the month always came at the exact same time every month. Well, it came an entire week early this month...should I be alarmed and call my doctor or is this normal?

I'm not sure but since it sounds like you already are alarmed, maybe just call your dr. for peace of mind. I call my gyno all the time with questions

If you've been taking it on time for the past month every day, then there really isnt anything to worry about.
If you know you've been stressed, then that might be a reason.

I am on the pill and it has happened to me that I missed my period for like 2 months.

I spoke with my doctor adn they said it was fine but if it happens 3 consecutive months in a row then to call them back! I had an xray done on my rib last week and that could be what caused it to come early......

That happened to me once. Dr. attributed to stress or change in diet. She said not to worry about it.

Ocassionally I get mine early, sometimes later...I start to freak out sometimes as the end of the week comes and i'm expecting it.....

I think you should definitely call your doctor...did you miss any pills or anything like that?
