If you haven't read the Hunger Games series or the Fifty Shades of Grey series I would download both of those (3 books each). The Sookie Stackhouse books are really good, and I always tell people to read Lamb by Christopher Moore, The Help (can't think of the author), and The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold.
I'm a huge nerd who reads like 60 books a year lol. If you want more suggestions let me know.
ummmmm i love you, you just rec'd a christopher moore book!
I HIGHLY suggest his books, plus the particular sadness of lemon cake, room, the game of thrones series novels are awesome, and I'll have to think of some more.
I've had a hard time getting in to a lot of his books, but Lamb is one of my all time favorite books - and so is A Dirty Job.
Dirty Job was the first one I read! The only one I don't really care for at all is the Lust Lizard one...it kinda made me 'meh' while reading

I just read Firefly Lane which was pretty good - a real tear jerker at the end.

You're my kindred book reader spirit lol! I recommend all of those as well. Christopher Moore is one of my favorite authors and all of his books are amazing.
