do you wear a bra under your tank top even when the tank has built-in bra?? Are you supposed to not wear any under it? (thir may sound like a stupid question but i honestly am curious!)
I for one could never leave the house without a 'real' bra. I jst feel exposed.

my boobs are 36c - and thats all i wear in the summer - i sweat so i like the built in bras so i dont have to wear one
i even wear those tanks in bed to hold them in place

I try not to buy the tanks with the shelf bra because even with it, I need to wear a real bra (38DD/DDD!) so if I have the shelf bra also it's too constricting. There's no way I could leave the house without a bra and not get arrested for indecent exposure. Plus, they give me uniboob

I do, but thats because I have a small chest and if I don't wear a bra with it my chest looks almost flat
