NWR - Brazillian waxing

Do any of you girls get this done? I have been shaving for as long as I can remember but I have been a little lazy with it and I hear that the waxing lasts longer. Has anyone done this can you recommend a place in Manahttan, New Jersey or Brooklyn?

I've been getting it done since HS.

I go to Haven in Soho. They have this special wax for sensitive skin.

I'm not going to lie, it hurts. But trust me, it's so worth it.

Take to get it done? About 20 minutes usually, depending on how much ahem work needs to be done.

How long does it last? When I first started it lasted about three to four weeks. The more often you do it, the longer it lasts.

Shaving?? Ouch!!! I would think that would hurt a lot more. Take some motrin before you go it'll help the pain. The more you do it the less it will hurt and the longer it will last

I just got waxed today for my trip to Cancun. UGGGHH It was very painful this time. More than usual or maybe it's just that you forget the pain shortly after it's over so you start to think it wasn't that bad..but it will be so worth it on my vacation! The things we do for beauty

Where in Manhattan? I know a few places. A

I haven't shaved in over 10 years; it will be painful in the beginning but it gets easier.

That's my town I know exactly where those places are. I'm going to grab my other looking-for-a-waxer-in-this-town friend (She's also an '07 bride) and try it out. I'm scared
Maybe we'll have some drinks first to numb the pain

eek.
