NWR: Buisness Card Wording

I wanted to have cards for when I change my position to offer my exisitng patients the oppty to continue with therapy on a private self pay basis.

I would do the therapy in their home.

Maybe the layout on Vista print is messing me up but I can't seem to figure out what to put on the card...suggestions?

address (if you want??)

Should I put something about therapy in their home or will they get that with no address...
