Okay so I went there yesterday and bought a few things.......alot of the stuff was 50% off. Last night when I got home (they were already closed) and I was putting my stuff away I noticed that a skirt that I paid for (i checked my receipt) was not in the bag. So I just called the store I went to and told them that and the MANAGER said sorry we cant do anything. Im like you are kidding right? I went on to say that I paid for it so I should at least get it.....she said people claim things were not put in their bag all the time and there is nothing they can do. I said to her, the skirt was 15 bucks onsale, Im not going to lie and say it wasnt in my bag if it really wasnt. She said 'too bad' i cant do anything AND THEN HUNG UP!!!!!!!!!!! Um, yeah no......she was the MANAGER???? Now I think Im more P-o'd that she handled it like that than not having the skirt in the bag. What should I do? Should I go there tonight after work with my receipt and see what they can do?

That stinks!!! I would definetly go down in person with your receipt and see what they can do. The store should definetly give you the skirt. If they give you a hard time ask for the district managers name and addres and write him a letter (include the time of your call yesterday, the name of the person that you spoke to last night and the names of the people that you spoke to today). The same thing happened to FH at the Men's Warehouse and when we called they held the item at the register for us to pick up.

First, I would call the store and ask for the name of the manager working the night you were in there and then I would ask for the number to their corporate headquarters. Give them the name of the manager who 'helped' you and the name of the cashier who rung you up and carelessly left the skirt out of the bag (her name or employee number should be on your reciept).
That store has gone down the tubes! Good luck!

OMG!!..can't believe how freakin rude she was...It's not about the $ but more of the principal of it all....She should know to handle things more professionally...Show her she can't treat you or anyone this way...Let us know what happen...
