You're not wrong and I don't understand why she can't go until Sun and leave when the rest of you leave. So, she gets there a little later then all of you, what is the big deal? Is it her Bachorette Party????

Since she felt it was ok to leave a message and not talk to you directly, then you should do the same. Call her and leave a message saying that you're sorry she feels she can't go on the trip now, but the bottom line is that noone gave you advance notice and you can't get the Monday off. End of story. Since she's known about this for months longer than you, she had ample time to take the time off from work, and since she didn't take care of it then, she needs to blame herself not you.
