NWR - but my evil neighbor is gooonnnneee!

It's a been a bad ride but omg, I came home and FH was ranting about him..we hate him. he killed my cats and I;ve sued him twice....LOOONG story.

anyway...he said he was making an insane amount of noise at 6:45 am moving his boat out of the yard.

well, I went out and realized every light next door was on (he never turned them on...and lived in the basement.,in a house by himself) and there was a different car there and I heard kids laughing etc.

OMG he sold the house and moved...and theres a FAMILY next door and I'm so happy! I'm buying them a cookie platter and bringing it over after work.

thank god Rat Bastardo is gone!
