LOL - Sorry I can't help since I have Caphalon pots, but I do think I ruined the wok I got the first time I used it - I don't think I 'seasoned' it properly! Where's Martha Stewart when you need her??

Christine, it's the saddest thing ever - the one time I didn't burn anything! I should just stick to 'microwave cooking.'

My sil had an issue with her farberware pots, so she brought them back to macys and they replaced them for her

hmmm...ok...this sounds crazy, but try ketchup. It works wonders on copper maybe it would work on stainless steel too?

We have all clad pots/pans and I bought Bar Keeprs friend to get out some stains. It's similar to comet but especially for cookware I
guess. With some elbow grease the stains should come out.

I use the magic eraser and a mesh scrubby thing.

I have All Clad. If the spots are on the inside, try Bon Ami and good old fashioned 'elbow grease'. I got spots out with it. If the spots are on the outside, be careful - you can scratch them.
I actually use the scrubber side of my sponge on the inside - after a couple of years I've taken risks with great success.
Good Luck.
