NWR but need help!!!

I am SO broken out! I have never had problem skin, I've been so so lucky, but lately my entire lower face (like bottom of cheeks and chin) are all broken out! I havent changed face cream or facewash or makeup or anything lately at all, except for a couple days ago I bought a neutrogena acne control kit to help with this! What could it be, what do I use to clear it up its driving me NUTS! HELP!!!

Hmm is it your monthly visitor? I know I break out a lot on my chin from that. Or maybe have you been using the phone or touching your face a lot? I get them on my cheek and chin sometimes from being on the phone so much at work. I pretty much use the Apricot Scrub for blackheads and blemishes. It keeps my face really clear.

I swear by Murad-- its expensive $26 in Sephora but I found it online for a HUGE bottle $45-- it has great reviews also!

From personal experience..some of the things that cause outbreaks are:
a) greasy food
b) not enough water
c) (constipation)
d) stress
e) time of the month

Drink plenty of water, change your bedsheets (especially pillow covers), keep your hair away from your face, and wash your face with warm water and mild soap (or no soap).
Whatever you do..do not touch your face without washing your hands and no popping!

also, think about where you are placing your phone...maybe your phone needs to be cleaned

Re: NWR but need help!!!

thanks ladies!

definitely need to think about the grease factor - my new job has a snack bar right by my office so that is super greasy

also realized i've been housesitting at FILS so their detergent could be greasier than mine and also my humidifier which i normally sleep with i havent had for 2 weeks

definitely gonna be better about not touching my face and stuff

thanks!!
