NWR- Cactus Hair Salon- UPDATE

Went there for the first time last weekend had a full set of highlights done to freshen up my hair,,, like it DOWN when I left,,,, called back 3 days later and tried to get my stylist on the phone because when I put my hair UP it looks like I never had it done!! I have brown hair. She never called me back,, I paid $145- and dont like it...It looks 'unfinished'!!!!!
I am going to the salon tommarow to complain, not only for not receiving a call back, but to see if they can fix it

UPDATE->
I have an appointment on Friday to go over the areas that the salon manager agrees on with me that were 'missed'. There will be no charge. They were more than accomodating and understanding!

Being that I have called and didnt see what was missed I am hoping they will do a touch up all around my face... with out charges! I would be more than willing to tip whom ever re-does it, but I think they will definatly see what I am talking about

they better fix that!!!!! i'd go in there and raise hell until they give you what you paid for! Hope it works out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like I said I have never heard bad things about them,, so I think they will be fair!

the rock sisters that work with gorgeous faces work at commack in mayfair shopping center and dix hills
they are FABULOUS!!!!!

I also go to Cactus at Mayfair and have never had a problem!! I hope they can fix it for you!! Next time go to Maxine at Cactus Mayfair if you can!!

Hmmmm!! Thank you for the tip. I might have to check them out at the end of the summer when I get it done again. I am going to go back to EI tommarow to see if they will help me out.

i used to get highlights and my colorist explained to me the difference between full and partial highlights.

this was a while ago, but from what i remember, partial means they only do the crown of your head, and they don't do anything underneath. full means they put highlights throughout your entire head of hair.

i wonder if she thought you only wanted partial? but she should have ASKED and explained to you what it was.

or you already know all this and she was supposed to do full and didn't.

in any case, you should have been aware of what she was doing and SHE should have made sure she knew what YOU wanted!!

definitely go back, you shouldn't spend that kind of money and NOT get what you want!!

let us know what happens!!

She definatly new I wanted a full head. I told her I wante my roots touched up too, and she did that on the top of my head, but I dont know if maybe she didnt realize when I pulll my hair back that you see brown for an inch.
I think it is an easy fix...
