NWR: can men take midol?

my male co-worker was asking for advil/tylenol because he's not feeling well and i offered midol. i told him it has ibuprofen and acitomenaphine and works the same way but he just balked soon as he heard 'MIDOL'... and said if he takes it, we'll see him at the corner later crying for no apparent reason.

i had a good laugh with it, but honestly... i dont see why men can't take MIDOL!!! i mean, it's just a brand name... they'd probably take it if i omitted 'MIDOL' and just say ibuprofen!

Hmmm I genuinely wonder. Is there anything else in there? Any estrogen? Even if there is, I doubt they are going to sprout boobs from one use.

ETA: And if they did, they'd probably enjoy it!

There's no reason

Unless it's the one with the water pill, I wouldn't give that to him just caus ehe prolly doesn't need it.

But other than that, it's just marketing, it's the same crap as all the other pain relievers out there.

ETA: Absolutely no hormones in any of the Midol formulas
