Awwww, I know it's hard Lori. But you'll feel so much better when it's over. I quit a couple of years ago, and it's amazing. I don't wake up coughing anymore.....

im so glad i did..... trust me you dont need it, even though you were only smoking 2 a day, you were still addicted cuz you had to have those 2, youre sooo much better off with out it trust me

Have you noticed any changes while working out at the gym? Ever since I quit, I can work out alot easier, run faster and longer.

i dont really exercise cuz im a lazzzzzyyyy cow lol, but i do notice i dont start hacking up a storm every morning when i wake up lol
