NWR: cant sleep!

Grrrrr..... had such good intentions of falling asleep early and I just cant. What do u girls do when you are having trouble sleeping??

Need to catch some z's

just stay up until i suddley fall asleep or i count sheep or anything wedding related.

I write. Usually when I can't fall asleep and need to, I lie in bed, close my eyes and think about my day. It makes me fall asleep.

Omg I wish I had an outlet like writing!

When I think about my day I just get stressed and more awake!!

It doesn't help me that my FH works mainly from home (hes the editor of an online news site) so he keeps ridiculous hours.

Haha well I think about my day in a very boring way. I literally run though it step by step like a narration. I never get out my front door! Usually I fall asleep before that happens.

I love when its on LI or in NYC, I get good ideas for vendors! LOL

Try making hot water with lemon or warm milk, that helps me. Nothing sweet, though, or you'll have crazy dreams/nightmares!!

ugh!!! I just could NOT for the life of me get comfortable last night! Thanks for all the suggestions! I haven't had this much trouble sleeping in a LONG time!
