NWR: cant sleep!

Grrrrr..... had such good intentions of falling asleep early and I just cant. What do u girls do when you are having trouble sleeping??

I hate when I can't fall asleep!

Next time try a hot shower, cozy PJ's and a cup of camomile tea... works for me
