i don't know if this is really relevant, but i was wondering if any of you want to share what you do for a living? maybe we can help each other in some shape or form, maybe not immediately but down the road?
i'm in fabric sourcing in the fashion industry...in other words i look for fabrics in different countries that are cheaper so that apparel companies can produce their goods cheaper...

Having a tough class makes going to work so miserable and I hate feeling that way about teaching. I always feel like I am yelling! Any classroom management tips would help!! Lord knows I have tried a lot of things with this group!

Yay! Were date twins!!!!!!! Something I been using in my class that words is table points. Every time a table follows directions, is quiet, does something great, I give them a table point. On fridays, the best table gets a reward from my prize box. This words great in my class. I have some parents asking about what 'table points' are cause their kids are going home and telling them about it!
