NWR : cartering hall help

i am trying to plan a party for my birthday and i have some issues with the deposit being too high or i cant get a 5 hr
party does anyone have any ideas on where to go
please help
i am starting to want to throw in the towel

where have you been looking? is it on a fri., sat. or sunday night? how many ppl? what area are you looking at?

a friend of mine got a deal at Verid's of Westbury for her husband's b-day party. they usually only require like $500 down

i called alot of places i am exhausted from doing it lol i found one place that charged 100$ but the place was too small
i wanted a lower deposit under 500 i think the inn at great neck is250 but i cant get through the line

thank you for your input if u know of any other places please let me know

Maybe Cafe on the Green in Bayside or Douglaston Manor or Giardino's in Douglaston
