So DF and I went to see 'Sweet Charity' tonight on Broadway and who do you ask is in the audience!? Britney Spears & Kevin Federline! During intermission we saw alot of pointing and camera flashes and whispers through the audience and then it was confirmed. They went back to their seats right after the lights went down and left the show immediately after the curtain went down. I can't imagine being a celebrity and not being able to do things without people gawking at you.

I thought it was pretty good. Christina Applegate does a great job. FH didn't want to go - he was in a mood before we left. But he admitted he thought it was good.

I loved that play! Christina Applegate was great and she signed an autograph for us after the show.
How did Brittany & Mr. Spears look? LOL

Re: NWR: celebrity sighting
It was dark in the theater when I finally saw them - so it was hard to tell. But I think Kevin had his hair braided and Britney's hair looked ratty. Once intermission was over and everyone was seated, her bodyguard brought her in and she used the handicapped bathroom that was a few rows behind us. I love celebrity sightings. I see them every so often since I live in NYC.
I think Christina Applegate did a fantastic job as Charity. We get most of our tickets through TDF...so we see a lot of shows.

Britney's 'Sweet' For Broadway
BRITNEY SPEARS is in talks for a very 'Sweet' deal. Marc Malkin reports that the pop music princess is in serious negotiations to make her Broadway debut in the current revival of Sweet Charity. The 23-year-old Spears would replace CHRISTINA APPLEGATE, 33, in the title role of the unlucky-in-love dancer, Charity. And guess who may be joining Spears? Her husband, KEVIN FEDERLINE. 'He'd be a dancer in the show,' a source tells Malkin. 'The producers really want Britney and will do anything to make this happen.' Spears was spotted as recently as last night attending a performance of the hit musical. A rep for Spears declined to comment.

I'm seeing the play in December and I can only hope that she wouldn't be in the play until after that. I want to see Christina Applegate!
