I cannot change it no matter what! I am getting very frustrated! I have tried deleting and putting in a new one, I have logged out then back in to my account and trying again, I am so confused! I never had a problem before, can someone help me?

I had the same issue... and you have to hit Ctrl and F5 at the same time and it will work :)

I have AOL and the way it was explained to me was that it saves stuff in the cache file and by hitting the Ctrl and F5 at the same time it forces it to empty, or delete or do whatever magic it does

Good luck! Hope it works for you.
