NWR: chicken pizzaoila recipe?

Hey ladies and gents,

cooking a big ole shabbas dinner in a few, and looking for a chicken pizzaiola recipe without dairy. I just had this dish and loved it, wanted to make it for my people coming over. Honestly, I could probably fake it (the version I had was basically chicken with a thick tomato sauce with lots of onions and mushrooms cooked in), but if someone had guideposts, that would be awesome!

I don't know a receipe but did you try epicurious.com? They have great receipes.

already tried epicurious. they've got one for steak, but I have chicken... trying to decide whether to saute it in the sauce, or bake it, etc. this is what happens after you leave your life to work on an election for a week, your brain goes all crazy. at least we won.
