Has anyone ever used those pads advertised on tv that say they detox you through your foot???? It sounds cool, if it actually works. My Yogi friend who does massages says that my feet are so sensitive because of the fact that I have a lot of toxins in my system. She wants me to do a cleanse... but I can barely stay on a diet!
I actually saw that on some show and they said it was BS.

I looked it up online and saw lots of things that said they were bs as well. But then again isnt half of what you read onlin e BS? HMMM
we bought them like a month and a half ago - really weird - they supposively detox your body but you put them on the bottom of your feet and in the morning walking to the bathroom to take them off is like the 'walk of shame' there is this brown gunk that squishes on your feet -- ewww - but im not sure how it does what it does - i lasted 3 nights - FH lasted one... i didnt feel any different but we didnt do the full 2 weeks either.. we got 2 weeks for each of us like $60... i didnt think it was worth it...
