NWR: Cingular Wireless? Anyone else having trouble?

Ok, anytime someone goes to call my phone or FH's phone it goes straight to busy. I can make calls but not receive....


Anyone else having the same problem right now?????

we have been having problems all WEEK with them!

I get my messages hours... later.....

YES! I am sooo angry with them right now.

When ATT became cingular I had huge problems and complained to them and they blamed it on the lack of towers ATT had and said I needed to get a new 'cingular configured' phone to solve the problem. I didn't want to pay alot for a new phone so I resigned a new contract to get a free phone.

Now I want out. I never use all of my minutes, yet my bill is over $90 every month, and my billing cycle is all screwed up.

last month, my purse was stolen and I had to cancel my debit card, but I forgot that my automatic payment was set up through my debit card (as opposed to being set up directly through my checking account0 so my bill was never paid. I have been getting cut off computerized messages from them 3 times a day all week. I finally got the full message with the number to call back, so I did and had to go through 3 representatives to find out that they were calling me to tell me they're going to cut off my service if I don't pay my bill-

GO AHEAD- their service SUUUCKS lately anyway.

I plan on writing a letter to get out of my contract with them...I dont need the added stress.

Wow!!! I haven't had a problem with my cell phone this week either.
