NWR... Civil Service exam?
I am taking one tomorrow. I just realized, do I need to worry about what I wear? Or are jeans and a tank top fine?

Nope you are good to go. You can go in whatever you want to sit the written.
Everything else-(ie the second and third interviews) you have to dress professional.
