I'd prefer something that has a day/night version, if possible, but not necessary.
I am in the beginning stages of a bad cold, and I have way too much to do to deal with it.
ALSO.. I get a cold/upper resp infection like every 2 months. My doc said it's b/c I babysit and my immune system hasn't adapted yet. And it's true, everytime they are sick, guess who else gets sick?
Anyone have any suggestions of something I can take daily to keep these damn colds way?

Day/night quill. Honestly get a flu shot. I work with pre-k and my first year and was sooo sick. Also get a humidifier- they are great for repiratory infections, but don't sleep too close to it!

MUCINEX - the tablets and the nose spray. It's the only stuff that works (and the generic is fine too)
