NWR: Completely superficial and silly question

Ok, so I have a nail appointment today and my regular girl isn't there. (I've been to her about 5 times at this point.) So, I had to go to another girl (who I've seen do VERY good work.)

I LOVE her! She did an amazing job all around.

Now, I'm feeling bad that next time I am going to go to her instead of the girl I've been going to.

Should I?

Now that I've re-read this, I'm ebarrassed I even asked!!

I'm going to answer this...

First...Don't feel silly! Great question! We'd all feel the same way, but..being I can give an objective opinion... Go to the new girl! Definitely!

OMG are you me?! I just got a new hairdresser. My friend just got engaged, and she is using my old hairdresser for her wedding (I am a BM) and I am already nervous about seeing my old hairdresser (it is like I feel like I am cheating on her!)

Go to the new girl. IF I were you I would probably try to make my appointments for days that your old girl is off - haha I am a chicken like that

Absolutely new girl! Five times going to the same nail girl does not a lifetime commitment make!!

This happened to me with my hair cutter, I'd been going to him for a while, but a while ago I needed an appt. desperately and he was on vacation so I tried someone else--LOVED HER! So now, when I go there, I go to the new girl (whose station is right next to my original guy). I feared it would be awkward, but I just smiled and said hello. If anything, maybe it will give him incentive to improve his skills. Hey, as long as I'm paying with my hard earned money, I'm going to go to whoever does the best job. It's business, nothing personal, they understand that and if they don't, too bad!

Isn't is so funny how commited we are to our 'people'?
